I’m Dan and I broke my neck in a car accident

I made a successful recovery after having 2 spinal fusion surgeries and wearing neck braces 24/7 for 7 1/2 months. More about ~*my story*~ and how to read this blog here.

This is not an Instagram-worthy food/fitness blog and 98% of my pictures are from my phone/iPad. I am a regular girl who is getting back to health with food and fitness and being real about it! Because the internet needs that once in a while, right?
